  • A merchant’s failure to honour an advertised discount; or
  • Any dispute between you and a participating merchant.

If you experience an issue with a merchant or an SDC offer, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but SDC cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

5. Fees and Payments

Any membership fees or other charges associated with SDC will be clearly communicated to you before you complete the applicable purchase or registration.

Unless otherwise stated, payments made directly to participating merchants for their goods or services are separate from any SDC membership fees.

Merchant purchases, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are subject to the merchant’s applicable policies.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use SDC only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information;
  • Use another person’s account without authorization;
  • Copy, reproduce, sell, transfer, or misuse an SDC membership or discount;
  • Attempt to obtain discounts through fraudulent or deceptive means;
  • Use SDC for unlawful activities;
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the SDC website or services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SDC systems or accounts; or
  • Use SDC in a manner that could damage SDC, participating merchants, or other users.

SDC may suspend or terminate access to its services if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms.

7. Changes to Discounts and Services

SDC may add, modify, suspend, or remove participating merchants, discounts, promotions, membership features, or other services at any time.

Participating merchants may also change or discontinue their offers without prior notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date; however, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.

8. Website Content

The content available on the SDC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SDC unless otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit SDC website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

SDC may suspend or terminate your membership or access to our services if:

  • We reasonably believe that your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
  • Your account is involved in unauthorized or abusive activity; or

You may stop using SDC services at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
